Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use RateZa ("we", "us").

The service

For a one-time payment of ₹499, we host one rating page for your business, provide a QR code and give you a private dashboard for the feedback it collects. We keep your page online for as long as we operate the service. If we ever plan to close the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email and let you export your data.

Your responsibilities

• Only use a Google review link for a business you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not use the page to mislead customers, to offer rewards in exchange for reviews, or to post or request fake reviews.
• Keep your dashboard link private. Anyone with it can see your feedback and change your page.
• Follow applicable laws, including privacy laws, when you contact customers using details they give you.

Google reviews

RateZa is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Your page always gives every customer a way to leave a public Google review. We do not control Google's decisions about reviews or Business Profiles.

Switching off pages

We may switch off a page that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or links to a business the buyer is not authorised to manage. Where the page was switched off for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund your payment.

Liability

We provide the rating page and feedback gateway, and we are responsible for that page and for keeping the feedback you receive through it available to you. We are not a party to anything that happens between you and your customers.

Your business, your goods and services, your staff, your Google Business Profile and your listing on Google remain yours to run. We are not responsible for them, for any action Google takes on your listing or reviews, for the content of ratings or feedback that customers submit, or for any loss of custom, reputation or revenue arising from them.

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
