RateZa is an online service. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you receive it

Your rating page is published and your dashboard opens immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If email is set up, we also send the dashboard link to the email address you used at checkout.

If your page does not appear

If your dashboard shows "Confirming your payment" for more than 10 minutes, email support@rateza.net with your Razorpay payment ID and we will publish your page or refund you.
