Is the free X-Ray really free?
Yes. Paste your link and see your score and top findings. We ask for an email so we can send your results. No card needed.
Do I need to give you my Google password?
No. Never. The X-Ray works from your public Google listing. When the Google connection launches, you'll connect through Google's own secure sign-in, and you can disconnect anytime.
Does RateZa follow Google's review rules?
Yes. Every customer has a direct link to post on Google, whatever rating they give. We don't hide unhappy customers, pay for reviews, or write fake ones. The review helper only drafts from what the customer actually said or chose, and they can edit it before posting.
Will RateZa get me more 5-star reviews?
RateZa makes it much easier for every customer to leave a review, so most businesses see more reviews. Whether they're 5-star depends on the experience you give, and that's what the rest of RateZa helps you improve.
I'm not technical. Is this hard to set up?
