Refunds

If you are not happy with RateZa, email support@rateza.net within 7 days of payment from the email address you paid with, and we will refund you in full. Your page will be switched off when the refund is issued.

We also refund you if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or your page could not be published because of a problem on our side.

Full Business X-Ray

If the full X-Ray report doesn't work for your business, for example because there are too few reviews to analyse, email support@rateza.net within 7 days of payment from the email address you used, and we will refund you in full.

How long it takes

We start approved refunds within 3 working days. Razorpay and your bank usually take a further 5 to 7 working days to return the money to your original payment method.

Cancellation

The page itself is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel. You can ask us to switch off and delete your page at any time.

RateZa AI is an optional subscription and is separate from the page. Cancel it from your dashboard whenever you like: it stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your page, ratings and feedback are unaffected. We do not refund part of a period that has already started, and we do not charge you again after you cancel.
